Shipping Policy

Oud & Co ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Processing

Orders are prepared and packed after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping & carriers

Parcels are sent via USPS with tracking. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination; we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships, a USPS tracking number is added to your order and can be viewed on the Track Order page.

Damaged or lost packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item so we can resolve it. For parcels marked delivered but not received, we will help open a carrier trace.
