Eligibility

Unopened, unused fragrances in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email or call us with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
